Welcome to the Lubbock APA! 

Each APA Pool League team consists of five to eight amateur players who compete seasonally or year-round in weekly league play. The APA’s copyrighted handicap system, The Equalizer®, gives amateur players the opportunity to compete equally with players of different levels of skill. By participating in weekly league play, members can qualify to compete in three Championships that award over $1.5 Million in guaranteed cash and prizes every year.  Beginners and Novice players are a large portion of our league.  You do not have to have any experience to join.  

Now is the time to get a few friends and family to form a new team or you can join a team out of a location of your choice. We will work with your team to train on APA rules and scorekeeping. Play 8-ball on Sunday and/or Tuesday, or 9-ball on Wednesday or Thursday. It's more than just pool in Lubbock, it's family. Division Representatives for each division are available for questions each night. Teams strive to be finished in 4 hours.  Many locations are non-smoking, and we strive for safe play by wearing masks and social distancing.
